2023 ANNUAL CHURCH PROFILE
Thank you for taking the time to complete the 2023 Annual Church Profile! There are two ways to submit your information. You may use the simple form here in our website, and CBA staff will then enter your church’s information into the SC Baptist Convention portal on your behalf so that the SCBC has a record of your church’s annual statistics. (If you choose to use the CBA form, you do not need to submit any information via the SCBC Portal.) Click the button below to view the CBA form and get started!
You also have the option to enter your ACP directly into the SCBC portal if you find that more convenient. If you choose this second option, we simply ask that you let us know by clicking the button below and filling out a short form. This just lets us know where we at the CBA can find your ACP information.
As a help to those gathering your church’s ACP information, we have provided a printable worksheet below. The ACP form on our website does not auto save your information, so it will be helpful to gather the info/numbers you need before you begin:
