“Prayer is not a side room of the church, it is the foundation…everything flows from the presence of God.” Pastor Bill Elliff has committed his life and ministry to calling and equipping churches to dependency on God through prayer. In partnership with the Screven Baptist Association, we are inviting CBA Church Leaders to participate in this regional opportunity to unite and seek God’s presence together.
