CBA SCHOLARSHIP

The Charleston Baptist Association awards scholarships of up to $1,000 per semester (up to $2,000 total) to Baptist students accepted at a college or university supported by the South Carolina Baptist Convention, or to students pursuing an approved seminary degree.

This scholarship is awarded to permanent residents of the Charleston area who are active members of a Charleston Baptist Association (CBA) church. Recipients are selected based on applicant qualifications and financial need.

Applications must be completed using the online forms below (note: two sections are required). In addition, two reference forms must be submitted via email to office@charlestonbaptist.net—one from a church leader and one from an academic or workplace reference.

Scholarship amounts are contingent upon the number of applicants and the availability of funds.

Application and references are due by March 30.
