CRAIG TUCK - ASSOCIATIONAL MISSIONS STRATEGIST

Craig is an experienced leader who has served in various roles in pastoral ministry, strategic church planting & re-planting in Greater Charleston since 2003. He and his wife Rebecca have served in vocational church ministry since being newlyweds back in 1987. Their ministry journey took them to South Florida, North Atlanta area and Greater Charleston. Their four adult children make their homes in Greater Charleston and Savannah and have blessed them with 6 grandchildren.

He became the Executive Director of the CBA in March of 2017. His education includes a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministries and two master’s degrees in Christian Leadership. As a regional leader, Craig is also the volunteer Director of Mission Charleston, an interdenominational collaborative connecting evangelical churches and leaders for Kingdom impact for the good of the city.

CURT BRADFORD - STEWARD TEAM LEADER

Curt is a tenured leader in the local church and within denominational entities. His span of nearly 5 decades of ministry has enabled him to impact communities and influence leaders. For over 26 years he led Riverbluff Church in North Charleston from a struggle to survive to a fully revitalized church that is thriving. Since retiring from his lead pastor role in 2014, he has made himself available as a Kingdom coach to many leaders from the coast to the upstate and beyond. In 2018, Curt joined the CBA team to be the point leader for the Steward Team. This tenured team is leveraging their experience, wisdom and gifting toward strengthening leaders.

CLAY JERNIGAN - RESOURCE ASSOCIATE

Clay served as a founding planting pastor of Journey Church (2007) and has invested his time, gifts and resources within collaborative initiatives and multiplying leaders and churches. His experience with local and global partnerships has strengthened the influence and impact of The Church of Greater Charleston. Clay brought his experience and talents to work full-time with the CBA staff team in 2020.

Clay’s education includes a B.S. degree from Clemson University and a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Clay and his wife, Erin, have two daughters, Eliana & Adalee and a middle son Harper.

ADRIAN & LINDSAY FERNANDEZ - ASSOCIATIONAL MISSIONARIES

Adrian and Lindsay Fernandez are serving as associational missionaries to strengthen the cross cultural reach of local churches. Adrian is native to Costa Rica and has a Bible college degree. Lindsay is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Global Studies. They personally live as missionaries within their circle of influence and as marketplace missionaries. They are using their gifts and skills through culture and Language training that serves local outreach as well as short-term mission teams. The Fernandez family lives in the Charleston Farms community of North Charleston and they are parents of a daughter, Ester and a son, Tiago.

JENNIFER SIMPSON - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

Jennifer joined the CBA team in October 2019 after returning from a 2 year term in London, England where she worked in church revitalization. Jennifer graduated from the College of Charleston and subsequently served on staff with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry serving colleges in Greater Charleston. Her administrative skills have strengthened both the church (ministry assistant at Sullivan’s Island Baptist Church) and marketplace in custom home building in Charleston. Jennifer has a bachelor degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston and a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. We are grateful for the impact of Jennifer’s experience, training and gifting in administrative and financial management of the CBA.
